We want to work with you to create your dreamy event.
Delivery Fees
Kingston Events: A delivery fee is already included with the package you choose.

Outside of Kingston: A delivery fee will be quoted to you and added to your 50% deposit.
Pick Up/Drop off
We require 2 hours before your event start time to set up the cart. Please carefully consider the time frame before letting us know a time.

We provide same day pick up for smaller events and next day pick up for bigger events or out of town events. Pick up time will be determined accordingly.
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Without the deposit, we cannot reserve your event date.
Venues
If your event is held at a venue, please let us know what time we are able to arrive for set up and pick up. This is the client's responsibility. We are not responsible for additional charges at a venue.
Cancellations
Due to customized handwork, cost of balloons and materials ordered 4-6 weeks prior to your event, deposits are non-refundable. Should you have to reschedule your event for any reason, your deposit will be used to secure your new event date.
