What are double stuffed balloons?

Double stuffed balloons are exactly what it sounds like! It's the combination of 2 balloons to create a new colour. This technique is often used to create neutral tones, lighten or darken a colour or create a new shade all together. 

Why do double stuffed balloons cost more?

Stuffed balloons means we are using double the balloons to create your garland. The process of putting one balloon into another takes more time and effort than simply blowing up a single balloon. It is also more difficult to work with because double the latex means double the tension when creating balloon clusters.

How do I book my date?

Please refer to the contact us section on our website and fill out our form.  Once your form has been received your will receive an email to proceed with your booking in 2-3 business days.

How far in advance should I book?

Jessica is the sole creator for all the decorations on the cart and for that reason requires a reasonable amount of time to create your dream party. We require at least 4 - 6 weeks notice before the date of your event. This also allows us to gather the materials required for your event. Balloons are in high demand (especially for neutral tones) and therefore our distributors are often out of stock. 4-6 weeks allows us and the distributor to stock up on your colour requests.

Are your balloons biodegradable?

YES! This was a concern of ours when we first started. Balloons are great but not when they end up in our oceans and landfills. We use quality trusted brands such as Kalisan, Qualatex, Tufetx and Sempertex balloons. All of which are biodegradable and offer a varitey of colours and tones. 

Do you serve outside of Kingston, Ontario?

Kingston is our primary location, however we offer our services outside of Kingston at an extra cost. Cost depends on kilometers required for travel and will be quoted to you upon your inquiry.

How much is my deposit?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Without the deposit, we cannot reserve your event date.

I have to cancel my event, is my deposit refundable?

Due to customized handwork, cost of balloons and materials ordered 4-6 weeks prior to your event, deposits are non-refundable. Should you have to rescheduled your event for any reason, your deposit will be used to secure your new event date.
